Obsidian took me a while to get to grips with, I spent about 2 weeks just learning how to use it, but it's definitely worth it in my opinion.

The other parts of your stack are actually pretty similar to mine, and I use a lot of the tools you mention, but they didn't feel vitally important to include. Also, totally agree with you about Notion.
